NorthSPG has a very successful track record in advising on the acquisition of Industrial Development Lands to the largest Industrial developers in Canada and the USA. Services include deal origination, negotiation, and successful completion. The geographic focus has been throughout Canada and the United States.

Executing sale/leaseback deals, outright investment plays and, acquiring yield in the industrial markets will be the principal driver for CRE investments over the next two decades throughout North America and Europe. New trade alliances, the USA’s re-appropriation of on-continent manufacturing, 3PL companies’ significant expansion and strong balance sheets all point to a very healthy and lucrative sector that has traditionally been, and will continue to be, the focus of many of NorthSPG's client base.

FILM INDUSTRY

NorthSPG has deep knowledge and successful track record in deal generation, negotiation and successful completion of deals for Movie Studio owners and developers. Included in our history was the negotiation of the first Lease of a movie studio located at a major international airport. This was the first deal of its kind in the world and the model implemented by NorthSPG was subsequently adopted by other Airport Authorities. This achievement led to other opportunities throughout Canada, the US and Europe.
